It cannot buy a place a firm does not qualify for, change a review finding or a fact we compare, or change how well we score a firm's fit to a brief. CPA license and peer-review checks

A SOC 2 report must be signed by a licensed CPA firm. We check each firm's license and, for US firms, consult the public AICPA peer-review file. If a result is not public or we cannot confirm a record, the profile says so. See our auditor evaluation rules.

Recommendations based on fit

We do not assign star ratings to audit firms or software platforms. Quote matching uses service geography, company size, audit or readiness needs, framework and report requirements, and deadline. 3. Those firms send ballpark quotes on the anonymous brief. The comparison shows the fee, the timeline, and the scope each firm proposed.
4. You decide whether to talk to anyone. If a firm looks right, we introduce you. Until then, the firm does not get your email.

The first quotes usually come back within about an hour. The full lineup usually takes 48 hours. Scoping is free, and you can stop after the comparison.
