Hyperproof does not publish a comparable public rate card in the official material we reviewed. Its FedRAMP page says pricing is based on the customer’s needs and directs buyers to request a demo. Our dated price research records a $22,215–$70,000 annual estimate from Vendr’s reported transactions, retrieved August 30, 2026. That range is useful for setting a budget conversation; it is not a Hyperproof list price or a promise that your required package falls inside it.

Hyperproof price evidence: published, observed, and unknown

Price questionWhat the evidence saysSource and dateWhat it does not establish
Does Hyperproof publish a reusable public price? No price was published in the official material reviewed; Hyperproof says pricing is based on customer needs.Hyperproof, 2026-08-30A universal starting price, a plan name, or a billing frequency.
What range has been observed?$22,215–$70,000 per year.Vendr, 2026-08-30The price of your program, the included modules, or the scope of services.
What does implementation cost?Unknown from the sources used here.No reusable public figure verifiedWhether setup, migration, configuration, or training is included in a quote.
Does the subscription include an audit?Unknown until the proposal names the audit delivery and provider. No reusable public inclusion statement verifiedThat a platform subscription includes an independent SOC 2 examination.

Vendr describes its figures as transaction-based data and says Hyperproof price varies with user count, framework scope, feature set, and deployment requirements. Treat the range as an external estimate with a known source date. Use the written proposal to replace it. See how we research pricing and commercial relationships for the evidence and independence policy behind this guide.

What should be on a comparable Hyperproof quote?

Hyperproof is sold for multi-framework compliance work, but a marketing description cannot tell you which modules, frameworks, integrations, or services your contract includes. Ask for each one in writing. The order form is where scope becomes commercial.

Use this checklist when you compare Hyperproof with another compliance platform or renew an existing contract.

Quote lineWhat to confirmWhy it changes the comparison
SubscriptionContract currency, term, total contract value, annual charge, payment schedule, and any price change at renewalA total contract figure is not comparable to a single-year subscription without the term and payment treatment.
ModulesWhich of the named product areas are enabled, and whether any are separately pricedA quote for compliance operations may not include third-party risk, policy, or audit workflows.
Framework and entity scopeNamed frameworks, legal entities, business units, and any custom framework work“Multi-framework” does not tell you how many programs your agreement covers.
Users and accessAdmin, contributor, auditor, and stakeholder access; any limits or expansion termsAsk for the access model in the order form instead of assuming a seat model or unlimited access.
Integrations and data migrationRequired connectors, implementation responsibility, migration work, and any professional-services hoursA connector shown on a product page may still need configuration work or a different package.
Support and implementationOnboarding owner, training, support level, response commitments, and fees“Included support” is too vague to budget against a staffed rollout.
AuditWhether the proposal includes audit coordination only, an external auditor introduction, or a separately contracted auditSoftware workflow and an independent audit are different purchases unless the quote says otherwise.

For a multi-framework program, send every vendor the same one-page requirements list before asking for a final number. Name the frameworks, entities, evidence sources, team roles, required modules, reporting needs, implementation deadline, and audit arrangement. A lower subscription quote can stop being lower once a missing module, connector, or services line is added.

How to use the observed range without treating it as a quote

Use the $22,215–$70,000 band for an internal planning range, then record the actual price beside the same scope fields above. Do not turn the observed low end into a target price, or the high end into a ceiling. Neither is supported as a public Hyperproof commitment.

This is especially important if you are comparing a central GRC platform with a narrower SOC 2 automation product. Decide which jobs your team needs now, then request a quote that names only the required pieces. For a broader market view, see our SOC 2 software pricing comparison.

Is Hyperproof a fit for your buying process?

Hyperproof is worth evaluating when your team needs a single system to run several compliance and risk workflows across more than one framework. It is a less direct fit when the buying brief is only a first SOC 2 workflow and the proposal adds modules your team will not use. The decision should come from the proposal’s scope, the operating work your team will own, and whether your auditor can work with the evidence process you choose.

Read our Hyperproof review for the product-fit discussion, check the sourced Hyperproof profile, browse the software directory for other platforms, or use Find My Platform to narrow the field before issuing a shared requirements list.

Sources and method

This page is not a vendor quote or procurement advisory. We reviewed Hyperproof’s public product material and its FedRAMP page on August 30, 2026, then recorded the current third-party range shown by Vendr on the same date. Vendor claims are presented as vendor claims. Anything not disclosed in those sources remains unknown until a buyer receives it in writing.
